Open training session on Gran Turismo 7

The Digital Motorsport Commission invites you to an open training session on the Gran Turismo 7 simulator (PlayStation platform), which will take place in a virtual format this weekend.

The live broadcast will start at 7:00 PM on Saturday, May 20, 2023.

Track: Spa
Qualification: 6 minutes
Race: 15 laps
Interviews with the top 3 winners

The broadcast will be available on the resources of the Digital Motorsport Commission (DMC)

The training is aimed at familiarizing pilots with the procedures for future (when circumstances permit) Championships and Cups of Ukraine in digital circuit racing on the Gran Turismo 7 simulator (PlayStation platform).

Therefore, on May 20, 2023, the open training will take place from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A briefing for pilots will be held from 6:30 PM to 6:45 PM in the voice Discord channel of the DMC. The starting grid will consist of 16 cars.

Considering that only 16 pilots can start on the grid and there are more registrations, pilots who do not fit into the first split will be automatically registered for the next training session. The date and track will be announced separately.

In the future Ukrainian Championships, a pre-qualification procedure will be applied: 2-3 days before the official stage, each pilot sets their best lap time, and the 16 fastest pilots qualify for the start of the Championship stage. The same procedure will be followed for each stage. Therefore, if you pre-qualify for the first stage as a fast pilot, it does not automatically guarantee participation in all stages of the Championship. There will be qualifying competitions before each stage.
