  • The Russian Grand Prix, originally scheduled for March 3 (Igora Drive circuit), was canceled due to the Russian invasion to Ukraine (same as KAMAZ-Master team disqualification from the Dakar 2023 race). The management of Formula 1 terminated the contract with Russia for holding further Grand Prix also.
  • The French and Chinese Grands Prix were not included into the 2023 racing calendar.

  • The the brightest smile in the paddock owner, Australian driver - Daniel Ricciardo is leaving the McLaren team to take the Red Bull's reserve driver position.
  • Spaniard Fernando Alonsno will take Vettel's place moving to Aston Martin from the Alpine F1 Team. Alonso's place will be taken by Pierre Gasly, who is leaving his chair at AlphaTauri.

  • Nyck de Vries, 2020 and 2021 Formula E champion and 2019 Formula 2 champion, will take Gasly's place in AlphaTauri.
  • Mick Schumacher, God bless his father, is losing his combat pilot seat in the Haas F1 Team because Gunther can't take it anymore. Mick's place at Haas will be taken by Niko Hulkenberg.
  • Canadian driver Nicholas Latifi, winner of the 2021 head goat title, is leaving the Williams team. His place will be taken by the american driver - Logan Sargent.
