2022 Super GT Series is an auto racing championship among cars of the Gran Turismo class based in Japan. The governing body of the racing series is the "Japan Automobile Federation" - JAF, under the control of GTA (GT Association).
2022 Super GT Series is the twenty-ninth season of the Japan Automobile Federation Super GT Championship, which brings together an entire era of All Japan Grand Touring Car Championship (JGTC) cars, and the eighteenth season of the newly-revamped Super GT series. Also, 2022 will be the thirty-ninth season of the JAF National Sports Car Racing Championship, tracing back to the All Japan Sports Prototype Racing Championship.
