Congratulations to all our fantastic four from Digital Autosport of Ukraine team (Serhiy Butsev, Vasyl Faramets, Timur Olkhovyk, Andriy Savytskyi)  for finishing at the incredibly difficult marathon "24 Hours of Daytona".

All you are the heroes! And the most important thing is that in such conditions with light interruptions, you managed to last a day and the Ferrari 488 GT3 Evo 2020 car, after a full repair, still crossed the finish line of the marathon in 12th place.

Ukrainian pilots were able to win 32 positions after a terrible accident caused by computer lag and the invisibility of our Ferrari for other athletes on the track.

The pilots impressions

  • Anatoliy Savytskyi: This race was the first endurance race in my life. I received many emotions from her: despair, joy, unexpectedness. Our main task was to finish, but like me personally, probably someone else was surprised that we have the pace with which we can fight for victory. Even after we were in 32nd position, we won position after position and finished 12th. We planned everything in advance, of course there were inaccuracies, but we immediately found a way out of this or that situation. I will happily ride more than one endurance race with you, you are the best crew.

  • Timur Olkhovyk: 11th position went out with the light, unfortunately, but it was cool and I am very proud of the team. Surprised! But there is good potential in this team to run marathons, despite the fact that the boys have the desire. They rose from 32 positions and won one by one, wall after wall. Very cool practice, "racing", experience and unforgettable hours. After the finish, the first question is "And what does he do next? How to live on?".

  • A short humorous review of the race from the pilot Serhii Butsev: As you know, we were driving somewhere in the top ten, the car was great and everything was fine 💪 but suddenly a technical problem happened with the car 😭 somewhere around midnight. We stopped at the pit stop, where the examination revealed that the right front wheel was under-twisted and because of this the suspension was broken, the entire front part of the car had to be replaced. 👀 It took about 30-35 minutes, we lost a lot of time and positions (we left after the repair in about 30, but in the morning we won half of the game and as of 9 o'clock in the morning our position is 17 and the car is repaired and drives perfectly, driven by Anatoliy Savytsky, Vasyl Faramets is on combat duty, we are keeping our fingers crossed 🤜 because, as we know, problems with electricity can arise on our Ferrari at any moment, but our specialists are ready for such a development.

Regarding an untwisted wheel in virtual motorsport - this is, of course, humor and fiction), in fact, Vasyl's PC was very noisy and he disappeared from the track, and the computer froze and at that time the accident was very strong, because the other pilots stopped seeing him😭 on track, that's such a surprise.

  • Vasyl Faramets: For me, this is the first team race in my life. When I wanted to go to the Daytona 24, I honestly didn't think it would last 24 hours. I thought it would end earlier, like most people, but it was exactly 24 hours. I was very worried and worried, because I only have almost 4 months of sim racing experience, I was worried that I would go very slowly. 24 hours ago, I was racing IMCA IR not so much to learn how to drive, but to understand how others drive and what to expect from them. I had some great battles in the middle of the pack with other drivers and survived. For this race, there was not only a wall of entry, but also a wall of sleep, two walls of sleep of 2 hours each. I went to bed worried that the boys wouldn't turn off the lights while I slept. I am very grateful to all three drivers with whom I spent these 24 hours, now, having collected my thoughts and calmed down, I understand that the most important thing for me was not our place at the finish line, not my battles with other drivers, but excellent moral support and team spirit . Thank you for a wonderful time. When it was all over, I had only one question, what next? And that's all? It feels like a part of life has just passed, like finishing school or university or something like that. I hope we will break our split at Mountain Panorama.
